WHAT THIS PROGRAM WILL COVER
MODULE 1: SELF-AWARENESS
Understanding who we are and what we bring to the table is a key ingredient to success in any area of your life. In Module One, we will identify your natural talents and non-talents, what drives you, identify your core beliefs, and how your thinking is shaping your current reality and how to reprogram your thinking to create your preferred reality
MODULE 2: GET RID OF IMPOSTER SYNDROME
In Module Two, you will learn to identify your inner critic and kill the noise of self-doubt and negative self-talk. Learn strategies to silence your inner critic once and for all so you can get out of your own way and get going fulfilling your life purpose
MODULE 3: MASTER YOUR EMOTIONS
Being able to manage your emotions in stressful situations has a profound impact in both your personal and professional relationships. In Module Three, we will examine your emotional intelligence and learn your which of the Six Basic Human Needs are most important to you and how you can meet those needs in an emotionally healthy way.
MODULE 4: MENTAL STRENGTH
A key attribute of pro athletes that set them apart is their ability to persevere through seemingly insurmountable odds to achieve their goals. Mental toughness is truly what separates the average from the elite. In Module Four, we will define what mental toughness is and what it is not and give you strategies to retrain your brain so that you can develop the habits to improve your consistency allowing you to perform at an elite level
MODULE 5: PURPOSEFUL RELATIONSHIPS
It is critical, no matter what stage you are in life, that you have the right people around you to support you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. In Module Five, we will take a look at your closest relationships and see how they are impacting your life. We will identify relationship deal breakers and how to set healthy boundaries and how to attract the right people into your life
WEEK 6: TAKE MASSIVE ACTION
The only way to get from where you are to where you want to be is to MOVE! In Module Six, we discuss the role fitness and nutrition plays in your overall well-being and why physical movement is a key component in becoming more resilient. We will develop a simple plan of action to get you moving toward being healthier mentally and physically so that you can execute the strategies learned in this program
