MODULE 1: SELF-AWARENESS
Understanding who we are and what we bring to the table is a key ingredient to success in any area of your life. In week one, we will identify your natural talents and non-talents, what drives you, identify your core beliefs, and how your thinking is shaping your current reality and how to reprogram your thinking to create your preferred reality
MODULE 2: VISION & PURPOSE
Whenever we face life challenges the first thing that happens is we lose hope in our ability to accomplish our goals and our perspective becomes cloudy. In week two, you will learn how to reconnect with your purpose and develop the proper perspective so you can get a clear vision of what it is that you truly want
MODULE 3: MANAGE YOUR EMOTIONS
Being able to manage your emotions in stressful situations has a profound impact in both your personal and professional relationships. Most people are truly unaware of how they manage situations. In week three, we will examine your emotional intelligence and develop a practical set of knowledge and skills to help you gain better control of your emotions so that you can become more efficient and effective
MODULE 4: MENTAL STRENGTH
A key attribute of pro athletes that set them apart is their ability to persevere through seemingly insurmountable odds to achieve their goals. Mental toughness is truly what separates the average from the elite. In week four, we will define what mental toughness means for you and give you strategies to increase your mental toughness so that you can develop the habits to improve your consistency allowing you to perform at an elite level
MODULE 5: BUILDING PURPOSEFUL RELATIONSHIPS
It is critical, no matter what stage you are in life, that you have the right people around you to support you, encourage you, and hold you accountable. On every great team, each player understands, accepts, and plays his or her role in order for the team to be successful. In week five, we will take a look at your closest relationships and see how they are impacting your life.
WEEK 6: TAKE ACTION
The only way to get from where you are to where you want to be is to MOVE! In week six, we discuss the role fitness and nutrition plays in your overall well-being and why physical movement is a key component in becoming more resilient. We will develop a simple plan of action to get you moving toward being healthier mentally and physically so that you can execute the strategies learned in this program
